“We didn’t invent day drinking, but we enjoy taking it to a whole new level,” the restaurant explains in its corporate story. and a point of view both offbeat and earnest.Ĭonsider the morning imbibing. The chain has about 50 locations across the U.S. The creative breakfast spot, founded in 2006 in Denver, is scheduled to debut its first Vegas location on Dec. Welcome to Las Vegas, Snooze! Snooze A.M eatery gets a 4 out of 5 from me.A bacon bloody mary and strips of, well, bacon, from Snooze A.M. I will be back to try their Benedict’s and French Toast which I noticed to be the crowd favorite. The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. It takes little to no time to make.Įven with the lack of kitchen effiency I thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I mean let’s be honest, it’s breakfast food. If the kitchen cuts that time in half they could gain a lot more business. While waiting for a seat (2 hours) most of the patrons were not served for 30-40 minutes. The kitchen takes entirely too long to get food out. When I first arrived I thought the wait was long because of how long people were eating, but I soon found the bottleneck to be the kitchen. My biggest complaint would be the ridiculous wait. I sat at the bar for my first time and loved it. I might as well have gotten the regular one and called it a day. Not a big deal…but you know, bottomless is the Brunchaholics default! The Mmm Mmm Mimosa is just the regular mimosa with pomegranate Liquer added. It was a very different taste than anything I’ve had but I enjoyed it, and the mix of all the alcohol will get you where you need to be, as long as you’re ok with 8 bucks a glass. The Palomimosa consists of champagne, tequila, Saint Germaine Liquer and grapefruit juice. I also had the Palomimosa and the Mmm Mmm Mimosa. I enjoyed 3 of their mimosas, of course, the Original mimosa. I need to contact corporate to see how to get one of these for the house (*sets reminder*). I absolutely loved it.Īlthough this place does not have bottomless mimosas…their mimosas are amazingly good and they do have champagne on tap. The tender, naturally salted pork combined with the equally tasty gruyère cheese culminates perfectly with the creamy Dijon hollandaise and the yolk from the sunny side up egg. The balance of all the flavors come together to create a knife and fork sandwich for the ages. This was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. People told me about how good the food was here but I thought it was a boost. I ordered the Havana Day Dreaming - an open face breakfast sandwich featuring free- range pulled pork, shaved ham, gruyère cheese, homemade pickles, sunny-side up egg with Dijon hollandaise served on a ciabatta roll. I usually don’t like expansive menus but the difference between each item is enough to please any brunch goer. I enjoyed the creativity and the many options. Reminds me of Another Broken Egg Cafe but without the old-timer menu options. I actually had a chance to speak with their corporate trainer and she let me know they plan to open a Dallas location next year! They are open 6:30am to 2:30pm daily and as long as you are on the list before 2:30 you will be seated and served. They have locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas (Austin & Houston). Eatery began in Denver, Colorado circa 2006. (If only In n Out would follow suit.) Snooze A.M. Eatery has finally made the right decision and landed a primetime spot in the Montrose area. One of my favorite things about Houston is the surplus of amazing restaurants that call this place home.
